The
following haulers and collectors are permitted
to use the HRRA transfer stations to dispose of
municipal solid waste through June 30, 2007. To
receive an HRRA permit, haulers register each
vehicle by plate number with HRRA, agree to abide
by the rules of operation of the transfer stations,
pay an annual fee of $65 per vehicle, and provide
HRRA with a certificate of insurance for general
liability, automobile liability and workers compensation
insurance. Haulers who provide curbside collection
services must also register annually with each
municipality within which they operate. |
